John Ledbetter
John is a native Texan with over twenty years experience in the insurance benefits industry. He has extensive experience helping employers with fully-insured, level-funded, and plan design strategies. Prior to State Benefit, John was a Principal with efg&m Benefits in Westlake, TX. John and his wife Helen enjoy hot summers on Lake Travis and quiet weekends at their ranch.
Steffani Alonzo
Steffani has experience in both employer benefit management and physician office operations. She has managed employer benefits for over five years. Prior to this, she provided office support for physicians at Seton and Austin Regional Clinic. Steffani enjoys spending time with her husband Ricardo and their children.
JW Ledbetter
JW brings eight years of insurance experience and benefit management to our agency. He has worked in all areas of benefits and support. A graduate of UT Red McCombs Business School, he provides solution driven outcomes for clients and their health plans. JW enjoys spending time with friends, traveling and exploring trails with his two dogs.
